RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with Violet, you agree to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging
  • Free of scents, stains, or damage

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Swimwear that has been tried on
  • Thongs (all sales final)
  • Sale, discounted, or clearance items

These policies are in place to make sure every Violet piece you buy is fresh, clean, and 100% yours.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange eligible items for a different size or color. Exchanges are processed once the original item is received and inspected. Please note:

  • Sale/discounted items are final sale and not eligible
  • International orders (outside the continental U.S.) are final sale, unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect
  • Once an exchange is processed, it is considered final

Damages or Issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

  • Returns for reasons other than damage/defect may incur a restocking fee and return shipping charges.
  • Shipping fees and import duties are non-refundable.

Import Taxes & Fees

Customers are responsible for paying any local duties or import taxes to release packages. Refusal to pay will result in the package being returned, and we cannot issue a refund in these cases.
